These Terms of Service apply to your use of the websites and text messaging program operated by American Structural Pest Control West, Inc. ("American Structural Pest Control West," "we," "us"). By using our websites or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
- Program: American Structural Pest Control West, Inc. sends customer care text messages related to your inquiry, including replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, and service updates. If you separately agree, we also send promotional text messages, such as special offers, seasonal service reminders, check-ins with past customers, and requests to review our service.
- How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on our website and checking the consent box for each type of message you want. Customer care and promotional consent are separate checkboxes, and you may choose either, both, or neither.
- Message frequency: varies, typically 1 to 6 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you subscribe again.
- Rejoin: to start receiving messages again after opting out, reply START, or opt in again through the chat widget on our website.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (310) 699-3110 or email amanda@aspcwinc.com.
- Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Compliance: this messaging program follows applicable laws and carrier messaging requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Quotes and services
Information on our websites is general and does not replace an on-site inspection. Prices are not binding until we provide a written quote. All services are performed by American Structural Pest Control West, Inc. under the terms of the written quote or agreement for that service.
Use of our websites
You agree not to misuse our websites, submit false information, or interfere with their operation. Content on our websites belongs to American Structural Pest Control West, Inc. and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our websites are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, American Structural Pest Control West, Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our websites or text messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
